Our Delivery Policy

We ship all of our products as quickly as possible with high quality packaging that protects your order. As your shipment makes its way to you, please keep the following in mind:

Small Packages

Check for damaged or incomplete shipments.

Fully inspect your shipment as soon as possible.
Call us immediately if there are any problems with your order. All shipping claims must be reported within five business days of delivery. Anything damaged, missing or not delivered as ordered will be replaced at no additional cost, if reported within five days.

Freight Shipments

Please make sure the person receiving your order has read the following instructions. To further facilitate an easy delivery, please make sure to provide your sales representative with a reliable contact number for the person receiving your order.
Items that ship freight will be delivered only as far as the back of the truck.

If you need assistance unloading, or if you need inside delivery but did not note it in your order, it can still be arranged. Give us a call right away at 1-844-619-9400.
Please note: Inside delivery means that the driver will deliver inside the first door of your building or onto your loading dock. It does not include delivery to another floor, unpacking or stocking your order. Shipping companies do charge for this service. (Not applicable for small package shipments.)

Refusing delivery for extensive damage

If your order is extensively damaged, refuse the delivery and call us.
Unless the driver can wait while you unpack and thoroughly inspect your order, write, "Driver was unable to wait to open cartons for inspection" on the delivery receipt when you sign.
Note any carton damage on the delivery receipt.

Checking for minor damage or incomplete shipments

Make sure you note any obvious problems on the delivery receipt when you sign.
Fully inspect your shipment as soon as possible. Count your packages to make sure the number delivered matches the delivery receipt. If it doesn’t, note the shortage on the receipt.
Keep the original carton or container for any damaged products until you have spoken with our customer service team.

Returns

We are happy to accept returns for any reason.

To make a return, please contact us within five days of delivery for a return authorization number.
Product cost will be reimbursed. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Some products incur a restocking fee of 15 to 25% when returned. If this is the case, this fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be returned in original cartons.
We are happy to arrange return shipping for you. You will still be responsible for shipping charges.
